One app that grows with you
Start seated if you need to. Move on to standing strength, Pilates and kettlebell, and all the way to HIIT when you are ready. Your plan changes as you do.
Your plan in about two minutes
1Tell us about you
Your goal, level, the time you have, any equipment, and anything that needs care, such as knees, back or balance. It takes about two minutes and needs no account.
2Get your plan
A week-by-week plan built for your body and your days, with the right moves, sets and rest. Chair and standing options are mixed in where they help.
3Press start and follow along
Real-trainer videos show each move while a voice coach counts you through, explains the next move in the rest, and offers an easier version whenever you need it.
A plan made from your answers
Not one generic programme for everyone. Every session is shaped by:
- Your goal
- Build muscle, burn fat, HIIT, Pilates, kettlebell, walking or simply feeling better
- Your level
- From first steps to advanced, and it moves you up only when you are ready
- What needs care
- Knees, back, balance, pregnancy and more quietly change which moves you get
- Your time
- The days you train and how long each session lasts
- Your kit
- Nothing at all, or dumbbells, a kettlebell, bands, a bench or a pull-up bar
- Your focus
- Body areas you want to work on, while still training all of you
- Your coach
- A calm or upbeat voice, how much it talks, and your music
Build your own workouts
Want something exactly your way? Make your own workout in a minute and the coach runs it like any other session.
- Pick any moves from 340+ exercises, filtered by body part, level and your kit
- Set sets, reps or time, and rest between moves (or no rest at all)
- Choose how much the coach explains: full, quick or off
- Add an automatic warm-up and cool-down, and pick your music
- Schedule it on chosen days with a reminder, or use your workouts as your plan
- Start from one of our workouts and make it your own
Anyone can build and save workouts. Playing them is part of Train at Home Plus.

Works with Apple Health
Connect Apple Health if you like. Everything is optional, and the app works fully without it.
- See your steps, walking distance, flights climbed and exercise minutes in the app
- Walks recorded by your Apple Watch count toward your streak
- Finished workouts are saved to Apple Health and close your Activity rings
- Breathing sessions are saved as mindful minutes
- Your health data stays on your iPhone and is never sent to us

Questions, answered
Is Train at Home free?
Train at Home is free to download and includes free workouts. Train at Home Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks every plan and workout. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy, and you can cancel any time in your App Store settings.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Every plan works with just your body weight and, for chair workouts, a sturdy chair. If you have dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance bands or a pull-up bar, tell the app and your plan will use them.
Is it good for beginners and older adults?
Yes. Plans start where you are, with seated and standing options, and build up gradually. Many workouts are low impact with no jumping, and there is an easier option for every move. See Train at Home as a workout app for seniors at trainathome.app/workout-app-for-seniors.
I am already fit. Will it challenge me?
Yes. Advanced plans include HIIT, kettlebell, military-style circuits, full-body strength and pull-up bar work, with harder progressions as you get stronger.
Is it safe?
The app asks a few health questions and adjusts your plan, for example removing jumping or floor work when needed. Train at Home is a fitness app, not a medical device, so check with your doctor before starting, and stop if anything hurts.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Your plan, answers and progress are stored on your iPhone.
Is there an Android version?
Train at Home is launching on iPhone first. An Android version is planned.
Who are the coaches?
Exercise videos show real trainers. The coach voice and the photos on plan covers are AI-generated, and the app says so.
