Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and DroidAppBD for using Train at Home. Please read them, especially the health disclaimer and the subscription terms.

About these terms

Train at Home ("the app") is provided by DroidAppBD ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iPhone app; if these terms and Apple's standard terms conflict, Apple's terms prevail for the parts they cover.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these terms and is responsible for any purchase made on their account.

Health disclaimer

Train at Home is a fitness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. The workouts, plans, safety questions and messages in the app are general information, not medical advice.

Check with your doctor or another qualified health professional before you start any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant or have recently given birth, have a heart or blood pressure condition, osteoporosis, joint or back problems, an injury or any other health concern, or if you have not exercised for a long time. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. Exercise carries a risk of injury. You use the app and do the exercises at your own risk, and you choose the pace and options that are right for you. We cannot guarantee any result.

Exercise videos, coaches and content

Exercise videos show real trainers and are streamed from a licensed provider, so they may sometimes be unavailable; the app is designed to carry on without them. The coach voice (Ava) is AI-generated and recorded in advance, and the photos of people on plan covers and in onboarding are AI-generated. All content in the app, including text, images, audio, video and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Your licence and what you may not do

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent or share the app or its content, reverse engineer it, remove any notices from it, extract or reuse the streamed videos or links, or use automated means to access our servers.

Free features and Train at Home Plus

Train at Home is free to download and includes free features. Train at Home Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks all plans and workouts. What is included is described on the subscription screen in the app.

Subscription terms

  • Price and length. The price, billing period (for example monthly or yearly) and any free trial or introductory offer are shown on the subscription screen before you buy, in your local currency.
  • Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of any free trial.
  • Free trial. If you are offered a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and you are charged the price shown. A free trial or introductory offer is available once per Apple Account where Apple allows.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancel any time. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Restore purchases. On a new or reset iPhone, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Profile, using the same Apple Account.
  • Refunds. Apple handles payments, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
  • Price changes. If the price of your subscription changes, Apple will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
  • Your progress. Your workout history stays on your device if you stop subscribing.

Notifications

Reminders are optional and can be turned off at any time in the app or in your iPhone Settings.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove features, workouts or content, and we may stop offering the app. We try to keep the app working but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Our responsibility

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from your use of the app or from relying on its content, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility for anything that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
